Basically we just need people to submit pictures of themselves here. In the pictures, we would like you to be holding a sign that has THREE PIECES OF INFORMATION ON IT. A quote, preferably medium-length, of something a bully has said to you that affected you deeply. (Not even a bully, just something someone said that really hurt.)

IF YOU SEND ME A PICTURE THEN I ASSUME YOU ARE GIVING ME PERMISSION TO USE YOUR PHOTO AND QUOTE IN A VIDEO TO BE PRESENTED AT A SMALL SCHOOL IN ATLANTIC CANADA, AND MAYBE OTHER PLACES IN THE REGION.
